A new edition of the POLLUTEC exhibition will be held in Lyon next week, from October 10 to 13.

Created in 1978, this regional event has over the years become the international benchmark for ecological transition issues. So it’s only natural that our teams should meet long-standing partners on site, and make new contacts as part of 1.08 RECYCLAGE’s rapid expansion. Especially at a trade show just 30 minutes from our Blyes plant!

What makes this event so successful? Its ability to bring together a wide variety of players working to preserve the environment, in a context of industrial growth requiring innovation in the development of solutions that are both sustainable and economically realistic.

Over 70,000 visitors are expected to attend, including government representatives, industrial companies, researchers, engineers, environmental managers and innovation players.

Waste recycling is of course one of the show’s key issues, within the “Waste Management” exhibition sector. The new EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) channels will be on hand to discuss the incorporation of recycling materials into production processes, a subject that is particularly close to our hearts…

Please let us know if you plan to visit the show, and we’ll be sure to see you there.
